As Product Manager ADAS at IVEX you will own the products that set the standard for how ADAS performance is assessed. You will facilitate the development, validation and launch of our ADAS analysis capabilities across the full lifecycle — from data ingestion and signal processing, through assessment and scoring, to the results our customers submit with confidence. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, customer success and sales, and shoulder to shoulder with the OEMs, test labs and engineering service providers who rely on our tools every day.

Your focus is delivering excellence in ADAS assessment while staying aligned with the protocols that define it. You will drive the coordination, development and execution of engineering solutions that advance scoring performance, expand scenario coverage and accelerate data analysis — holistically identifying the opportunities and driving them to closure.

To excel in this role you must thoroughly understand the needs of our customers and the assessment protocols they are measured against, so you can build roadmaps, workflows and plans. Technical depth is a prerequisite to interpret test results, give technical guidance on how assessment logic behaves across the full scenario space, and enable the resolution of technical trade-offs that require cross-functional alignment.

Scenarios of focus include AEB and FCW for car, pedestrian and cyclist targets, lane-keeping and emergency lane-keeping, ACC, and the vehicle and sensor data behind them. You will work closely together with the engineers who build our pipelines, the customer-facing team who bring insight back from the field, and the standards bodies shaping the next generation of protocols.

In this role you will

• Serve as the key point of contact, internally and externally, for the ADAS portfolio — owning its lifecycle, roadmap and continuous advancement end to end.

• Define, implement and drive product requirements, workflows and plans. Manage timelines and risks, uncover roadblocks, define critical paths, and set the KPIs that track delivery against every protocol milestone.

• Drive the continuous advancement of our ADAS analysis pipelines, raising accuracy, robustness and speed.

• Propose, specify and validate new features that measurably strengthen ADAS scoring performance, grounding every proposal in test data, protocol requirements and customer evidence.

• Holistically identify risks and opportunities across the ADAS domain, enable the resolution of technical conflicts that require cross-functional alignment, and drive issues to closure.

• Engage directly with OEMs, test labs and engineering service providers to acquire deep insight into their test and analysis workflows, uncovering opportunities for new capabilities and for strengthening existing ones.

• Closely understand and follow assessment protocols (Euro NCAP, ANCAP, J-NCAP, UN R171 and others).

What we are looking for

• Excellent capabilities to translate complex requirements into concrete software workflows.

• Degree in Computer Science, Vehicle or Automotive Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in automotive ADAS or active safety — in product management, validation, homologation or an applied engineering role.

• Competent understanding of active safety functions such as AEB, FCW, LKA/ELK and ACC, and of vehicle test data: measurement formats, signal processing, and how both feed assessment. Able to use data and metrics to quantify impact and make recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to own technical products end to end and execute complex, multi-team initiatives in parallel on short timelines, pivoting quickly as priorities change, with a "can do" attitude: finding paths around obstacles and delivering results with limited resources.

• Excellent communication in English, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with consumer testing protocols from Euro NCAP, ANCAP, J-NCAP, C-NCAP, NCAP or comparable assessment protocols and their test procedures, experience with B2B software sold to OEMs and test labs, or working knowledge of Python and Pandas, are a plus.
